The Living Museum welcomes the participation of Jewish schools and their students across the country. In order to maintain a safe environment for our users, use of the Living Museum maintains the following terms of use:

• No material may be copied, modified or distributed for commercial purposes without express permission from the Living Museum. 
   
• Users may not upload, post, transmit, email, or otherwise distribute any material that may be unlawful, harmful, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, defamatory, threatening, infringing on any copyright or other rights of others, damaging to software or hardware, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable.
  
  
• Users may not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Living Museum employee, teacher, parent, or student.
  
  
• Forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through The Living Museum is expressly prohibited.
  
  
• The Living Museum posts the names of participating schools and teachers for identification purposes only. Copying this information - either manually or through automated software programs - for the purposes of targeting, marketing or solicitation is strictly prohibited.
