To prepare for this exhibition, Congregation Rodeph Sholom Religious School's 5th graders researched their family's Jewish roots learning more about their family's story. At the same time, they studied Jewish history and discovered that their individual family stories are part of the larger Jewish story, the history of our people. The artifacts that have been passed down, or those that will be passed down, are treasured by their families and continue to strengthen the ties we have to the past, recognizing that those who have come before us help to shape who we are today.
