Hillel Yeshiva's Seventh Grade students proudly presents our annual Jewish Heritage Fair: Family Treasures from the Past." Students learned procedures for identifying, describing, researching, categorizing and displaying artifacts. They applied what they learned to their own families' treasures and the results are what you see here in this catalog. With this catalog we can continue to enjoy the stories and photographs of our community's heirlooms, when the fair is just a memory.
I thank the seventh grade students, whose interest in their heritage and their desire to learn and share their family stories made this a memorable experience for all of us. Thanks to the parents and grandparents who patiently provided the interesting histories of the artifacts.
