Religious Ritual
Throughout our long history as a people, Jewish traditions have enabled us to maintain a rich and strong heritage. Each artifact in this gallery is or was used by our families to observe a religious ritual, whether it be Shabbat at home, communal prayer in the synagogue or Chanukah with the community.

From generation to generation, such simple objects as a Kiddush cup, candlesticks or a prayer book could have been found in any Jewish home. The objects in this gallery are unique in that they are our own personal link to Judaism and Jewish family life.
